Julz Allender
Julz is a former Division I basketball player and a successful head women's basketball college coach for nearly 15 years. In her tenure as a head coach, she created a culture of success both on and off the court.
More impressive is the rate at which she helped players receive scholarships to play at the next level. Julz's personal experience as a College Head Coach, and NCAA Division I basketball player gives her a unique insight into the process of getting athletes to not only reach their full potential but to get them to reach potentials, not yet imagined.

During her time as a player and coach, Julz experienced and saw firsthand how high school and junior college athletes did not receive the proper information on how to get recruited, receive a scholarship, and have a successful college career. She has since made it her mission to help coaches, parents, and student-athletes put together the correct plan for the student-athlete in relationship to their sport and their goals that will undeniably bring them success. And has put together a team of former college coaches and players that possesses the same qualifications and the same mission.
